Composites People invests considerable resources in building and
maintaining a computerised database of candidates, some of whom will be
registered exclusively with Composites People. At junior levels and for
contract labour, a file search will often be sufficient to fill an
appointment. At more senior levels, the file search supplements the
response to our network of contacts, targeted advertising or search.
All candidates are interviewed and assessed before being submitted to
clients. Candidates located outside the UK who are unable to meet our
consultants are, wherever possible, interviewed and assessed by one of
our associate companies. All candidates requiring temporary work have
two work references taken up before they are submitted for any suitable
roles.

Gordon Murray Design has entered into a technical partnership with Toray Industries which stems from the launch of the TEEWAVE AR.1 at the Tokyo Motor Show in December 2011.
